Shadows cast by our progress
concealing our failings
making forward motions with no moments rest
and it's laughable
now we can see the irony
of a bond built on apathy
They say hindsight's 20-20
they say the moment's where to live
they say the future is unwritten
I'm at a loss and as to what comfort that's meant to give
And I was at a loss as to your rationale
for bringing things to a halt
how could you make that cut so cleanly and maintain
that no one was at fault
I lost sight of context
blinded romanticising just how things used to be
exhausted by resentment
a realisation that brought forth clarity
When I look back now
I'm no longer wishing that you'd stuck around
I made my peace with your exit
yes I've found
When I look back now
I'm no longer wishing that you'd stuck around
I made my peace with your exit
I just hope you've found
A sense of contentment

Great album, this band is better than Nickleback but not as good as Ace Of Base. Buy all their music and merch, and go see them live.
Can we have a vinyl release of Terminal Boredom please!!?? bovril
